イタリアのカラー写真界のパイオニアでもあるルイジ・ギッリ（Luigi Ghirri）の象徴的な作品で構成されたポストカード・セット。MACKからの刊行物としては、1978年に私家版で刊行されたものを復刊した作者の処女作「Kodachrome」(2012)、「The Complete Essays 1973-1991」(2016) に続く3作目の刊行物となる。作者の写真は、生真面目で無表情な写真と形容されるが、人とその周囲のものたちの希薄なバランスを注意深く捉えながらも、そこに皮肉な機知を交える。故郷であるイタリアを始めさまざまな土地を訪れ、公園やビーチ、都市の風景といった対象物を系列的に撮影した。その写真に表れる色は、郷愁を帯びると同時になにかを予見させる兆しを備える、として高く評価されている。
